At Naser Tech, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🔄 Returns
✔ You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.
✔ To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
🔹 Unused and in the same condition as received
🔹 In original packaging with all accessories and tags
⚠ A return shipping fee of 3 JOD will be deducted from the refund amount.

✔ To receive a different item:
🔹 Return the original product following the return policy
🔹 Place a new order for the desired item

✔ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
✔ If approved:
🔹 Refunds are issued to the original payment method
🔹 Processing time is up to 10 business days
🔹 Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
