The Hikvision DS-2CD1053G0-I is a 5 MP outdoor bullet IP camera. It records at up to 2560 × 1920 with a 1/2.7" progressive scan CMOS sensor, sees up to 30 m in the dark with infrared, and connects to your recorder or network over one cable with PoE.

Key Features

5 MP Resolution: The camera captures up to 2560 × 1920, which gives more detail than a 1080p camera when you zoom into recorded footage. A 1/2.7" progressive scan CMOS sensor and an F2.0 fixed lens handle the image.

Infrared Night Vision up to 30 m: Built-in 850 nm infrared lights the scene up to 30 m, and an IR cut filter switches between day and night modes. At night the camera records in black and white with IR, so the area stays covered without extra lighting.

120 dB WDR and 3D DNR: Wide Dynamic Range of 120 dB helps keep both bright and dark parts of the picture visible. 3D digital noise reduction keeps low-light video cleaner.

H.265+ Compression: The main stream supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264. H.265+ reduces the bitrate, so the same hard disk keeps recordings for longer and less network bandwidth is used.

PoE and IP67: The camera is powered by PoE (IEEE 802.3af) through the network cable or by a 12 VDC adapter. Its IP67 rating means it is protected against dust and water for outdoor installation.

Hikvision NVRs and other recorders or software that support Open Network Video Interface (ONVIF), iVMS-4200 on PC and the Hik-Connect app.

Good to know

• Hikvision has made this model in more than one hardware version (the newer one is marked (C)) and with different lens options. The table lists the specifications shared by the versions; the exact lens (2.8 mm or 4 mm) is on the box label.
• This -I model has no microphone and no memory card slot (those are on the -IUF version).
• Night video is black and white (infrared), not full colour.
