DSPPA 6.5" Ceiling Speaker -DSP6011

The DSPPA DSP6011 is a 6.5 inch frameless ceiling speaker with a built-in 70V / 100V transformer and 6W RMS power. Constant-voltage transmission works in a high-voltage, low-current mode, which makes longer cable runs and parallel connection of many speakers possible. It fits a Ø165-170 mm ceiling cutout and is held by spring clips.

Built-in Transformer: The 70V / 100V transformer is built in, so the speaker connects straight to a constant-voltage PA amplifier line. Many speakers can share one line in parallel.

Power Taps: Three line terminals give different power settings: 3W or 6W on a 70V line, and 6W on a 100V line. You can balance the level of each area by choosing the tap.

Sound: The 6.5 inch driver covers 110 Hz to 15 kHz and reaches a maximum SPL of 97 ±2 dB.

Quick Installation: Cut a Ø165-170 mm hole, connect the line to the terminals, fold up the clamps and push the speaker into the ceiling. The spring clips then hold it in place.

Frameless Design: The frameless body has an aluminum grille. It is made of engineering plastic that DSPPA describes as durable, non-deforming and non-fading.

Who it's for / Works with

Constant-voltage (70V / 100V) PA amplifiers. DSPPA lists places such as schools, gymnasiums, halls, parking lots, stations, airports and supermarkets.

Good to know

Terminals per the DSPPA datasheet: Black-Blue gives 3W at 70V or 6W at 100V; Black-White gives 6W at 70V.
