Cudy M3000 AX3000 2.5G Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 Mesh System

Cudy M3000 AX3000 2.5G Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 Mesh System

The Cudy M3000 is a dual-band AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 mesh unit with a 2.5 Gbps WAN port and a Gigabit LAN port. It delivers up to 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, and it can run as the main router of your home or as an extra node in a Cudy Mesh network. This listing is one M3000 unit (1-Pack).

AX3000 Wi-Fi 6: The M3000 uses Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) with 2x2 streams on each band, 1024-QAM and channels up to 160 MHz wide. Newer phones and laptops that support Wi-Fi 6 can reach higher speeds, while older Wi-Fi devices still connect normally.

2.5G WAN port: The internet port is 2.5 Gbps, so the router is suitable for internet plans up to 2.5 Gbps and does not cap fibre lines faster than 1 Gbps at the port. A second Gigabit port is available for a wired device such as a PC, TV or console.

More devices at once: OFDMA, MU-MIMO, BSS Color and beamforming let the router serve several devices at the same time with less waiting. Cudy states a recommended limit of 200 connected devices (maximum capacity 512).

Cudy Mesh: More M3000 units can be added later to extend coverage under one Wi-Fi name, with fast roaming between units. The units can link wirelessly (with multi-band backhaul) or over an Ethernet cable (wired backhaul) for the most stable connection.

Built-in VPN server and client: The M3000 can act as a VPN server or client with WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec, ZeroTier, PPTP and L2TP. This lets you reach your home network from outside, or route the whole home network through a VPN service.

Security and family controls: Wi-Fi security supports WPA, WPA2 and WPA3, with separate guest networks on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Parental controls include profiles, online and offline time limits, pausing the internet and a web filter.

Flexible modes and easy management: The unit works as a Wi-Fi router, access point, range extender, WISP or client. It is managed from a local web page or the Cudy App, with remote access over HTTPS or the app.

Good to know

This listing is a single M3000 unit; on its own it works as a Wi-Fi 6 router. To build a mesh network you need additional M3000 units, sold separately. The 2.5G port is the WAN port and the Gigabit port is the LAN port. Wi-Fi speeds are maximum link rates; real speed and range depend on the layout and wall materials.
