The DSPPA DSP163HD is a high fidelity horn speaker for 70V/100V public address systems. It delivers 13W on a 70V line or 25W on a 100V line, has an IPX6 waterproof level for outdoor use, and comes with brackets for installation.

Key Features

Built-in 70V/100V transformer: The constant-voltage transformer reduces line losses over long cable runs and lets you connect many horn speakers in parallel on the same amplifier line.

Two power options: Connected to a 70V line the speaker takes 13W, and on a 100V line it takes 25W. Match the line voltage to your amplifier output when planning the total load.

Loud and clear for paging: Sensitivity is 103±2 dB (1 W / 1 m) and maximum SPL is 117±2 dB, with a 200 Hz – 15 kHz frequency response. That makes it suited to voice announcements and background music outdoors.

Made for outdoor installation: The IPX6 waterproof level allows outdoor use. Installation per the datasheet: fix three Φ8 mm screws, set the speaker on them, connect the line to the terminals and adjust the direction.

• This is the 70V/100V line (Volt) version; it needs a constant-voltage PA amplifier, not a low-impedance amplifier output.
