DSPPA 2x20W Mini Bluetooth Amplifier | Mini40

The DSPPA Mini40 is a compact 2 × 20W stereo amplifier with Bluetooth and a wired line input. It drives two 8 Ω speakers and measures only 125 × 100 × 35 mm.

Two ways to play music: You can stream music over Bluetooth 2.1+EDR (range up to 10 m) from a phone or tablet, or connect a wired source to the line input (sensitivity 1 V, impedance above 10 kΩ). This covers both casual playback from a phone and a fixed music player.

Clean stereo sound: DSPPA uses a digital power amplifier with differential input and output and a two-stage filter circuit. The datasheet gives a signal-to-noise ratio above 82 dB, distortion below 0.3% and a 20 Hz – 20 kHz frequency response for full-range stereo playback.

Protection for the amplifier and speakers: The Mini40 has over-temperature, over-current and short-circuit protection, plus soft-start, which helps protect the connected speakers when the amplifier is switched on.

Solid small housing: The frame has rounded corners, with a frosted and oxidised surface treatment that DSPPA describes as rust-free. It can be installed horizontally or vertically with four screws.

DSPPA describes the Mini40 as suitable where soft background music is needed, such as hotels, small shops and homes. It works with passive 8 Ω speakers and any Bluetooth phone or tablet.
