The EZVIZ EB8 Pro 4G Kit (CS-EB8/SP) combines the EB8 Pro 4G battery-powered pan & tilt camera with an 8 W solar panel. The camera records in 4K (3840 × 2160) with an 8MP sensor, runs on a 10,400 mAh battery, and connects over 4G LTE or 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6, so it can be installed where there is no mains power or fixed internet.
Camera and solar panel in one kit: The kit includes the 8 W solar panel (model CS-PSP8-R100-3M) with a Type-C connector and a 3 m cable. With enough sunlight, the panel keeps charging the camera's battery, which reduces the need to take the camera down for recharging.
4K video from an 8MP sensor: The camera uses a 1/2.8" 8MP progressive scan CMOS sensor and records up to 3840 × 2160. The higher resolution keeps more detail when you zoom into a recording, for example to look at a face or a car.
Pan 340° and tilt 75°: The camera turns 340° horizontally and 75° vertically from the app, so one camera can watch a wide area such as a yard, a gate and a driveway.
4G LTE or Wi-Fi 6: Insert a SIM card to use the camera over 4G where there is no Wi-Fi, or connect it to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 network (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax).
10,400 mAh battery with AOV: The built-in 10,400 mAh rechargeable battery powers the camera without a cable, and it supports AOV (always-on video) recording mode.
AI human and vehicle detection: The camera detects human and vehicle shapes and can follow a detected person automatically, which helps cut down alerts from moving leaves or shadows.
Night vision and two-way talk: IR night vision reaches up to 15 m, and the built-in microphone and speaker let you talk to visitors through the EZVIZ App.
Good to know
The power adapter (DC 5 V / 2 A) is sold separately. A microSD card (up to 512 GB) is not included; EZVIZ CloudPlay cloud storage needs a subscription. 4G use needs an active SIM card with a data plan.
