The EZVIZ RS20 Max (CS-RS20-MAX) is a robot vacuum and mop with a multi-function base station. The robot vacuums with up to 13,000 Pa of suction and mops the floor, while the base station empties its dust, refills its water and washes the mop pads with hot water. It runs on a 5,200 mAh battery and is controlled from the EZVIZ App.

13,000 Pa suction: The maximum suction power is 13,000 Pa. When the robot moves onto a carpet it raises the suction automatically, which helps pull dust and hair out of the carpet fibres.

Vacuum and mop in one robot: The RS20 Max handles both dry and wet cleaning, so one robot takes care of dust and debris as well as mopping hard floors.

Self-emptying and self-refilling base: After cleaning, the base station empties the robot's dust box into a 5 L dust bag and refills the robot with clean water from its 5 L clean water tank. Dirty water goes into a separate 4.2 L tank, so you empty the station far less often than a robot without a base.

Hot water mop washing: The base station washes the mop pads with hot water. It also installs and removes the mop pads automatically between tasks, so the robot does not carry wet mops onto carpets.

Liquid stain detection: The robot can detect spilt liquid on the floor and mop that area again. EZVIZ notes that this feature is enabled through an OTA update in the EZVIZ App.

App and voice control: Cleaning can be started and scheduled from the EZVIZ App over Wi-Fi, and the robot works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri (through Shortcuts).

Good to know

The cleaning area per charge (up to 300 m²) and the run time depend on the cleaning mode and suction level.
