EZVIZ RS20 Pro Robot Vacuum & Mop Combo
The EZVIZ RS20 Pro (model CS-RS20-PRO-PGA2) is a robot vacuum and mop with an all-in-one base station. The robot vacuums with up to 7200 Pa suction and mops with two spinning mop pads, navigates with LDS LiDAR, and runs on a 5200 mAh battery; the base station empties its dust, refills its water, and washes and dries the mops for you.
Base station that does the maintenance: After cleaning, the robot returns to the base station, which sucks the dirt from the robot's 0.35 L dust box into a 5 L dust bag, so you only change the bag about every 120 days (EZVIZ figure). The station also refills the robot with clean water from its 5 L tank, adds cleaning solution, washes the mop pads with 60°C hot water and dries them with hot air to prevent bad smells.
Strong suction and real mopping: Up to 7200 Pa of suction lifts dust, crumbs and pet hair, with four suction levels (Quiet, Original, Powerful, Super Power). The two spinning mops press on the floor with 10 N to scrub stains, and they swing outwards to reach edges.
Carpet care: The robot detects carpets ultrasonically. During mopping it avoids carpets, and before vacuuming carpets it goes back to the station to detach its mop pads automatically; on carpet the side brushes lift and suction is boosted.
Smart navigation and obstacle avoidance: LDS LiDAR, a structured 3D laser and an AI camera let the RS20 Pro build a map quickly and recognise more than 65 types of common objects so it can steer around them. In the EZVIZ app you can edit and save maps (multi-floor), set schedules and clean selected rooms or areas.
Anti-tangle brush for pet hair: The 3-in-1 brush system (rubber brush, bristle brush and two stainless steel cutting combs) cuts human and pet hair so it does not wrap around the brush.
Also a mobile home camera: The robot's 1080p camera supports live viewing, recorded video history and AI human and pet shape detection, with AES-128 data encryption. You control when detection and recording are active.
Good to know
Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz only. The dust bag, mop cloths, filter and brushes are consumables that need periodic replacement. Runtime depends on the mode: EZVIZ states up to 220 minutes in silent vacuum mode and up to 110 minutes in standard vacuum-and-mop mode.
