Hikvision Wireless Photoelectric Smoke Detector | DS-PDSMK-S-WB

The Hikvision DS-PDSMK-S-WB is a wireless smoke detector for the Hikvision AX PRO alarm system. It senses smoke with a photoelectric chamber, sounds its own built-in buzzer (85 dB or more at 3 m) and reports to the AX PRO hub over 433 MHz two-way wireless with up to 800 m range in open space.

Photoelectric smoke sensing: Smoke is detected inside a chamber with a photoelectric sensor. Because the detector is wireless, it can be mounted on the ceiling where it is needed without running cables back to the alarm hub.

Built-in buzzer: The detector itself sounds a buzzer rated at 85 dB or more at 3 m. People near the detector hear the warning right where the smoke is, in addition to the alarm reported to the AX PRO system.

10-year sealed battery: It runs on one non-replaceable CR17450 battery with up to 10 years of standby life. There are no battery changes to plan for during that time.

Secure long-range wireless: Two-way 433 MHz wireless with AES-128 encryption and up to 800 m range in open space. Two-way communication means the hub and detector exchange signals, rather than the detector only sending.

Good to know

The CR17450 battery is built in and cannot be replaced. The detector is ceiling-mounted.
