Hikvision Wireless Long-Range PIR Detector | DS-PD2-P25-W
The Hikvision DS-PD2-P25-W is an indoor wireless passive infrared (PIR) detector with a long-range coverage pattern of up to 25 m and a 20° detection angle. It watches the infrared energy in the protected area and tells the alarm hub when an intruder enters. It communicates two-way over 433 MHz with up to 800 m wireless range in open space and runs on a single CR123A battery.
Color: White
Long-range coverage: The detector covers up to 25 m in a narrow 20° pattern. This suits long rooms, hallways and corridors where a standard wide-angle detector would not reach the far end.
Two-way wireless: It uses two-way wireless communication on 433 MHz, with up to 800 m range in open space. A signal strength indicator helps the installer find a mounting point with good coverage.
Selectable sensitivity and temperature compensation: Sensitivity can be selected to suit the room, and digital temperature compensation adjusts detection as the room temperature changes, helping keep detection consistent through the year. The optics are sealed.
Tamper protection: Besides the intruder alarm, the detector reports a tamper alarm if someone tries to open or remove it.
Flexible mounting: A ceiling mounting bracket and a wall mounting bracket are included, and the recommended installation height is 1.8 to 2.4 m.
Who it's for / Works with
The Hikvision Axiom wireless hub.
Good to know
- It is for indoor installation only.
- It needs a compatible Hikvision wireless alarm hub; it does not work on its own.
