The IMOU K1S-W is a compact Wi-Fi smart lock with a lever handle that opens with your fingerprint, a password, an encrypted card, a mechanical key, a fingerprint + password combination or a one-time temporary password. It connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi so you can manage users and get alerts in the Imou Life app, and it runs on 4 AA batteries.
Fingerprint Unlock: The fingerprint reader stores up to 100 fingerprints and unlocks in under one second. Its multi-dimensional sensing resists fake fingerprints, with a false acceptance rate below 0.001% according to IMOU.
Encrypted Card: The IMOU encrypted card is designed to block NFC cloning and suits family members whose fingerprints are hard to read. Up to 10 cards can be registered.
Mechanical Key Backup: A mechanical key is included as a backup for power or system failures.
Combination Unlock: For extra security you can require fingerprint + password together.
Temporary Passwords & App Control: Generate one-time passwords for guests and deliveries, add or remove users, check the unlock history and receive real-time alarms in the Imou Life app.
Battery Power with USB-C Backup: Four AA alkaline batteries last about 12 months at 10 unlocks a day (IMOU notes up to 4 months if remote opening is used). If the batteries run out, connect a power bank to the USB-C port to open the door.
Auto-Lock & Alarms: The lock locks automatically when the door closes, and lifting the handle adds double locking. It raises alerts for unauthorized access, tampering, low battery, high temperature and emergency unlocks. The aluminum-alloy reinforced body is tested for over 100,000 mechanical cycles.
Anti-Snooping Virtual Password: Type extra random digits before or after your real password; the door still opens, which helps keep your code private from onlookers.
Who it's for / Works with: Doors 35–100 mm thick (customizable) that suit a lever-handle smart lock with the supplied 5050 lock body or single latch. Works with the Imou Life app (iOS and Android) over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
Good to know: The box contains either a 5050 lock body or a single latch, so confirm your door's lock body before installing. IMOU's manual says not to use the lock outdoors or in places with high temperature, humidity or salinity. Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported.
