K2 Remote Control Ezviz

The EZVIZ K2 (model CS-K2-A) is a small, lightweight remote control for the EZVIZ smart home alarm system. It must be paired with the EZVIZ A1 alarm hub, and lets you switch between security modes, silence the siren or send an emergency alert with one button. It runs on a CR2032 coin battery rated by EZVIZ for about 1 year.

Three security modes: The K2 has buttons for At Home, Away and Sleeping modes. Away mode activates all your EZVIZ sensors in one press when you leave; for At Home and Sleeping modes, EZVIZ recommends choosing in the EZVIZ app which sensors stay active (for example only the door and window sensors at night).

Mute button: After the alarm has been triggered, the mute button turns off the siren of the A1 hub, so you can silence it straight from the remote.

Emergency button: When you need help, pressing the emergency button sends emergency alerts to your family members through the EZVIZ system.

LED indicator: The remote has a built-in LED indicator.

Good to know

The K2 does not work on its own: it must be paired with the EZVIZ A1 alarm hub, which is not included. The radio frequency of the K2 depends on its regional version (EZVIZ lists different versions for Europe, Asia and the US).
