SONOFF MS01 Soil Moisture Sensor

The SONOFF MS01 is a capacitive soil moisture sensor made as an accessory for the SONOFF TH Elite and TH Origin smart switches. Push it into the soil and plug it into the TH switch, and you can see the soil moisture in the eWeLink app.

With a pump or valve connected to the TH switch, it can water your plants automatically based on the moisture level you set.

Soil moisture monitoring: The MS01 measures soil moisture with a capacitive sensor and sends the reading to your phone through the TH Elite or TH Origin, so you can check your plants from anywhere.

DIY automatic watering: Connect your watering system to the TH Elite or TH Origin, set a moisture value, and the switch turns the watering on or off when the soil reaches that value.

IP55 waterproof: The IP55 rating means you can water the plants and leave the sensor in the soil, even in the rain.

Extendable cable: The sensor has a 50 cm cable with an RJ9 plug. With the SONOFF RL560 extension cable (sold separately) the distance can be extended up to 10 m.

Voice queries: Through the TH switch you can ask Google Assistant for the soil moisture reading.

Good to know

The MS01 is an accessory: it needs a SONOFF TH Elite or TH Origin to work and does not connect to the app by itself.

The RL560 extension cable is sold separately.
