The SONOFF S61s Outdoor (Type F) is an IP44 Matter over Wi-Fi smart plug for outdoor use. Plug it into a Type F (Schuko) socket to control garden lighting, pumps or irrigation from your phone or by voice, track energy use and costs, and protect loads up to 16A (3840W) with configurable overload limits.

IP44 for Outdoor Use: The plug is rated IP44 against splashing water and works from -20°C to 50°C. It has a splash-proof cover over the socket. SONOFF specifies that outdoors it should be used inside a waterproof box and that the connected load's plug needs the same protection rating.

Energy & Cost Monitoring: The eWeLink app shows real-time and historical voltage, current, power and energy use, and calculates electricity cost from your own tariff.

Overload & Overcharge Protection: Set limits for current (up to 16A), voltage and power; the plug switches off automatically when a limit is exceeded. Overcharge protection can switch off a charging device once it is full.

Schedules & Smart Scenes: Set schedules, for example to run sprinklers at fixed times, create smart scenes, and use local LAN control in eWeLink.

Who it's for / Works with: Gardens, terraces and other outdoor areas with Type F sockets. Works with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings and Home Assistant via Matter, and with the eWeLink app; voice control through Siri, Google Assistant or Alexa.

Good to know: Matter integration needs a Matter hub/controller. Energy statistics on Matter platforms are currently shown only in SmartThings and Home Assistant (after a firmware update in eWeLink); other Matter apps show on/off control. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only (5 GHz is not supported).
