Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus | ZBDongle-E

The SONOFF ZBDongle-E is a USB Zigbee 3.0 coordinator built on the Silicon Labs EFR32MG21 chip. Plug it into a computer, mini-PC or Raspberry Pi running Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT or openHAB, and it becomes the centre of your Zigbee network so that software can control your Zigbee devices locally.

It comes pre-flashed with Zigbee coordinator firmware (based on EZNet 6.10.3), so it is ready to use out of the box.

Ready-to-Use Zigbee Coordinator: The coordinator firmware is already installed, so you can add the dongle to Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT or openHAB and start pairing Zigbee 3.0 devices straight away, without a separate brand hub.

+20dBm Output & External Antenna: A +20dBm output gain and an external antenna give stronger, more stable coverage across your home.

Shielded Aluminum Housing: The aluminum-alloy shell reduces electromagnetic interference from nearby devices, which helps keep the Zigbee signal clean.

Switch Firmware in About a Minute: With SONOFF's Dongle Flasher web tool or Home Assistant add-on you can flash other firmware, for example to turn the dongle into a Zigbee router that extends your network, or into a Thread RCP.

Zigbee Green Power Support: The ZBDongle-E supports Zigbee Green Power devices. To add Hue Zigbee Green Power devices, set the dongle's Zigbee channel to 11, 15, 20 or 25.

Who it's for / Works with: Users of Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT, openHAB and other open-source smart home platforms who want local control of Zigbee 3.0 devices, such as SONOFF Zigbee sensors, switches and plugs.

Good to know: This is the EFR32MG21 version of the Dongle Plus (EZSP firmware). It needs a host device (computer, mini-PC or Raspberry Pi) running compatible smart home software.
