The TP-Link TL-SG1210P is a plug-and-play 10-port Gigabit desktop switch with eight 802.3af/at PoE+ RJ45 ports, one extra Gigabit RJ45 port and one Gigabit SFP slot. It supplies up to 30 W per PoE port with a 63 W total PoE budget*, and adds hardware buttons for Extend, Priority, Isolation and PoE Auto Recovery modes.
8 PoE+ Ports, Uplink RJ45 and SFP: Ports 1–8 power cameras, APs and phones; the extra Gigabit RJ45 port and Gigabit SFP slot connect the router or a fiber link. Switching capacity is 20 Gbps.
Extend Mode up to 250 m: Extend Mode on ports 1–4 carries data and power up to 250 m** for distant cameras; in this mode those ports run at 10 Mbps.
Priority and Isolation Modes: Priority Mode gives ports 1–2 higher priority for sensitive video or voice traffic. Isolation Mode separates the traffic of ports 1–4 / 5–8 with one switch for security and to contain broadcast storms.
PoE Auto Recovery and QoS: Offline or unresponsive PoE devices are rebooted automatically, and 802.1p/DSCP QoS plus IGMP Snooping keep voice, video and IPTV traffic smooth.
Who it's for / Works with: CCTV systems, small offices and shops that need 8 powered ports for IP cameras, access points or IP phones, with an optional fiber uplink.
Good to know: This is an unmanaged switch (modes are set with physical buttons; no web interface). The 63 W budget is shared by ports 1–8. Power is from an external adapter (53.5 V DC / 1.31 A, included). SFP modules are not included.
