TP-Link Omada Access Pro 24-Port 2.5G PoE++ Managed Switch with 4 10GE SFP+ Slots, 770W | SG3428XPP-M2

The TP-Link Omada SG3428XPP-M2 is a 24-port 2.5G L2+ managed PoE++ switch with four 10G SFP+ slots. All 24 ports support IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ with up to 90 W per port and a 770 W total budget, making it suited to powering Wi-Fi 7 access points, PTZ cameras and other high-power PoE devices at multi-gigabit speed.

TP-Link SG3428XPP-M2 24-Port 2.5G PoE++ Managed Switch

24× 2.5G PoE++ Ports: Each RJ45 port runs at up to 2.5 Gbps and delivers 802.3bt/at/af PoE with up to 90 W. The 770 W total budget lets you power many demanding devices from one switch. Fast PoE and Perpetual PoE are supported.

4× 10G SFP+ Uplinks: Four 10 Gbps SFP+ slots connect to the core switch, servers or storage. SFP+ modules are sold separately; only one 10G RJ45 SFP+ module (SM5310-T) can be inserted at a time.

TP-Link SG3428XPP-M2 performance and management

High Performance: 200 Gbps switching capacity, a 148.80 Mpps forwarding rate, a 32K MAC address table and a 16 Mbit packet buffer handle heavy multi-gigabit traffic. L2+ features include static routing (48 IPv4/IPv6 routes), DHCP server / relay, VLANs, QoS, ACLs, IGMP snooping and ERPS.

Omada Cloud or Standalone Management: The switch can be managed on its own through its web interface, CLI (console or telnet) and SNMP, or added to an Omada controller (Omada Cloud-Based Controller, Omada Hardware Controller or Omada Software Controller) to configure and monitor it centrally together with Omada access points and gateways, including from the Omada app and the cloud.

Who it's for: Businesses deploying Wi-Fi 7 or high-power access points, PTZ / multi-sensor cameras and other 802.3bt devices, in Omada-based networks.

Good to know: This switch is not compatible with passive PoE or other non-standard PoE devices (IEEE 802.3af/at/bt only). The PoE budget is shared and TP-Link notes the actual available power depends on the connected devices. SFP+ modules are not included. Omada centralized management needs controller version 5.15.20 or later (5.15.22 for the Cloud-Based Controller).
