The TP-Link JetStream TL-SG3428MP is a 28-port Gigabit L2 managed switch with 24 PoE+ ports and 4 Gigabit SFP slots. It provides up to 30 W per port and a 384 W total PoE budget, a 56 Gbps switching capacity and a 41.66 Mpps forwarding rate in a 1U rack-mount case.
24 PoE+ Ports, 384 W: Each of the 24 Gigabit RJ45 ports supports 802.3at/af PoE+ with up to 30 W, enough budget to power a full switch of IP cameras, access points or IP phones.
4 Gigabit SFP Slots: Four SFP slots connect the switch to the main network or other buildings over fiber (SFP modules sold separately).
Business Managed Features: Static routing (48 routes), DHCP server / relay, VLANs (802.1Q, Private VLAN, Voice VLAN, QinQ), 8 QoS priority queues, ACLs and IGMP snooping.
Omada Cloud or Standalone Management: The switch can be managed on its own through its web interface, CLI (console or telnet) and SNMP, or added to an Omada controller (Omada Cloud-Based Controller, OC300, OC200 or Omada Software Controller) to configure and monitor it centrally together with Omada access points and gateways, including from the Omada app and the cloud.
Who it's for: CCTV projects, offices, hotels and schools that need 24 PoE+ devices on one managed switch, including Omada Wi-Fi deployments.
Good to know: The 384 W PoE budget is shared by all ports. SFP modules are not included. TP-Link lists a newer version of this switch (SG3428MP); this listing is for the TL-SG3428MP.
