The TP-Link JetStream TL-SG3210XHP-M2 is an 8-port 2.5G L2+ managed PoE+ switch with two 10G SFP+ slots. Its eight 100/1000/2500 Mbps ports deliver 802.3at/af PoE+ from a 240 W total budget, ideal for powering multi-gigabit Wi-Fi 6 / Wi-Fi 7 access points.
8× 2.5G PoE+ Ports, 240 W: Each RJ45 port runs at up to 2.5 Gbps and supplies 802.3at/af PoE+, so 2.5G access points and cameras get both fast data and power over one cable.
2× 10G SFP+ Uplinks: Two 10 Gbps SFP+ slots link the switch to the core network without bottlenecks (SFP+ modules sold separately). Switching capacity is 80 Gbps with a 59.52 Mpps forwarding rate.
L2+ Features: Static routing (48 routes), DHCP server / relay, VLANs (802.1Q, Private VLAN, Voice VLAN, QinQ), 8 QoS priority queues, ACLs and IGMP snooping.
Omada Cloud or Standalone Management: The switch can be managed on its own through its web interface, CLI (console or telnet) and SNMP, or added to an Omada controller (Omada Cloud-Based Controller, OC300, OC200 or Omada Software Controller) to configure and monitor it centrally together with Omada access points and gateways, including from the Omada app and the cloud.
Who it's for: Offices, hotels and homes with racks that are rolling out 2.5G Wi-Fi 6 / Wi-Fi 7 access points or 2.5G PoE devices, especially with Omada.
Good to know: The ports support 100/1000/2500 Mbps (not 10 Mbps). The 240 W PoE budget is shared by all ports. SFP+ modules are not included. TP-Link lists a newer version of this switch (SG3210XHP-M2); this listing is for the TL-SG3210XHP-M2.
