TP-Link 5GHz AC867 Wi-Fi 5 23dBi Long-Range Outdoor CPE | CPE710
The TP-Link CPE710 is a 5 GHz 802.11ac outdoor CPE for long-distance wireless links between buildings and sites. It combines up to 867 Mbps wireless data rate with a 23 dBi directional 2×2 MIMO antenna rated for links up to 30 km, in an IP65 weatherproof enclosure with a Gigabit port powered by 24V Passive PoE.

867 Mbps on 5 GHz: 802.11ac with 256-QAM and an 80 MHz channel width gives up to 867 Mbps, three times faster than 802.11n 2×2. Channel width is selectable at 20/40/80 MHz to suit the link.

23 dBi Directional Antenna: A 23 dBi high-gain directional antenna with a dedicated metal reflector (9° azimuth / 7° elevation beamwidth) gives strong beam directivity, improved latency and noise immunity for links up to 30 km.
Built for Outdoors: IP65 water- and dust-proof outdoor PC enclosure, 15 kV ESD and 6 kV lightning protection, an operating range of -40 °C to 70 °C, and snap-lock parts with a pole mount kit allowing three-axis alignment and stability in strong winds.
Flexible Modes and Central Management: Works in AP, Client, AP Client Router (WISP Client) and AP Router modes. Manage it through the PharOS web interface or centrally with the free Pharos Control software, which handles device discovery, monitoring and firmware upgrades. Tools include a spectrum analyzer, speed test and antenna alignment.
Who it's for / Works with: Outdoor point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless links over long distances, for example connecting a remote building, farm or site to a main network without cabling.
Good to know: This is a 5 GHz-only device. Lightning and ESD protection depend on proper grounding and shielded cabling. Actual range and throughput depend on transmit power, interference, obstacles and weather; the 30 km figure is TP-Link's tested maximum. Power is through the included 24V 0.5A Passive PoE adapter (up to 60 m of PoE cable).
