TP-Link Deco BE22 BE3600 Wi-Fi 7 Whole Home Mesh System (3-Pack) | Deco BE22 (3-pack)
The TP-Link Deco BE22 (3-pack) is a dual-band Wi-Fi 7 mesh system made of three Deco BE22 units that form one network with a single Wi-Fi name across the whole home. It delivers up to 2882 Mbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz (BE3600), each unit has two Gigabit ports, and TP-Link rates the 3-pack for coverage up to 6,500 sq. ft.

Key Features
Wi-Fi 7 with Multi-Link Operation (MLO): Wi-Fi 7 devices can send and receive over several bands and channels at the same time, which raises throughput, lowers latency and keeps the connection more reliable. 4K-QAM, Multi-RUs and 160 MHz channels further improve efficiency. Older Wi-Fi 6/5/4 devices still connect normally.
Wireless and wired combined backhaul: The Deco units can link to each other over Wi-Fi and an Ethernet cable at the same time, which improves overall throughput and reduces latency between units. If you have Ethernet in the walls, use it; if not, the wireless link works on its own.

Two Gigabit ports per unit: Each unit has 2× Gigabit WAN/LAN auto-sensing ports (6 in total in the 3-pack), so you can connect the internet line to any of them and plug in a PC, TV or console next to any unit.

AI-Driven Mesh and seamless roaming: The system learns your home and moves devices to the best unit as you move around, under one Wi-Fi name. TP-Link states connections for over 150 devices (lab test data).
HomeShield, VPN and the Deco app: Manage everything from the Deco app (local and remote management). HomeShield provides network protection, parental controls and QoS; basic features are free, advanced features need a paid subscription. The system also supports OpenVPN, PPTP and L2TP/IPSec VPN server and client, guest network, a separate IoT network and works with Alexa and Google Assistant.
Who it's for / Works with
Homes and multi-floor houses that want Wi-Fi 7 coverage in every room at a moderate price. It works with any internet provider and modem (router mode or access point mode) and is backward compatible with all Wi-Fi generations.
Good to know
- This is a dual-band (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz) system; it has no 6 GHz band.
- Wi-Fi 7 features (MLO, 4K-QAM, Multi-RU) need Wi-Fi 7 client devices. Wi-Fi rates and device counts are maximum/lab values per TP-Link; real results depend on your home and devices.
- Only one port can serve as WAN at a time. A separate modem may be needed depending on your internet line.
