TP-Link Omada 48V 24W Passive PoE Adapter, Gigabit | POE4824G
The TP-Link Omada POE4824G (also listed as TL-POE4824G) is a 48 V passive PoE adapter. It sends power and data together over one Ethernet cable to a compatible passive PoE device, with up to 24 W output and Gigabit data ports.

48 V / 24 W passive PoE: The PoE port outputs 48 VDC with a maximum of 24 W, for devices designed for 48 V passive PoE input. TP-Link lists access points such as the Omada EAP245 as compatible.
Gigabit speed: Both RJ45 ports run at 10/100/1000 Mbps, so the adapter does not slow down a Gigabit access point link.
Wall-mount design, plug and play: It takes 100-240 V AC directly, has a convenient wall-mount design, and needs no configuration.
Who it's for / Works with: Powering a 48 V passive PoE access point or device, such as the Omada EAP245, from a normal non-PoE switch or router port.
Good to know: This is a passive PoE adapter (fixed 48 V). Use it only with devices that accept 48 V passive PoE; it is not an IEEE 802.3af/at injector.
