TP-Link 16-Port 10/100Mbps Desktop Switch | TL-SF1016D
The TP-Link TL-SF1016D is a 16-port 10/100Mbps desktop switch for home offices and small workgroups. All 16 RJ45 ports support auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX, so installation is plug and play with no configuration, and the fanless design runs quietly from an external 5V power adapter.

16 Fast Ethernet Ports: Sixteen 10/100Mbps RJ45 ports with a 3.2Gbps switching capacity let many devices in an office share one wired network from a single desktop box.
Easy to Use: Auto-negotiation on each port senses the link speed of every device (10 or 100Mbps) and adjusts automatically, and Auto MDI/MDIX removes the need for crossover cables.
Reliable Operation: IEEE 802.3x flow control for full duplex and backpressure for half duplex help relieve traffic congestion, with store-and-forward switching.
Who it's for / Works with: Small office / home office (SOHO) and workgroup users who need many wired connections, as described by TP-Link.
Good to know: The ports run at up to 100Mbps (Fast Ethernet), not Gigabit. This is an unmanaged switch with no web settings or VLAN, and it does not support PoE.
