TP-Link JetStream 16-Port Gigabit Smart Switch with 2 SFP Slots | TL-SG2218
The TP-Link JetStream TL-SG2218 is a 16-port Gigabit smart switch with 2 Gigabit SFP slots, 36 Gbps switching capacity and a fanless 1U rackmount design. It integrates into Omada SDN for centralized cloud management and also supports standalone management with static routing, ACL and L2/L3/L4 QoS.

16 Gigabit Ports plus 2 SFP: 16× Gigabit RJ45 ports and 2× Gigabit SFP slots provide reliable high-speed connections, with 36 Gbps switching capacity and 26.8 Mpps forwarding rate.

Integrated into Omada SDN: The switch can be adopted by an Omada controller (Omada Cloud-Based Controller, OC300, OC200 or Omada Software Controller) for centralized cloud management, the Omada app, intelligent monitoring and Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP requires the Omada Cloud-Based Controller). It can also be managed on its own through web, CLI, SNMP and RMON.
Static Routing: Static routing helps route internal traffic for more efficient use of network resources, with DHCP server and relay support.
Robust Security: IP-MAC-Port Binding, ACL (L2 to L4), port security, DoS defend, storm control, DHCP Snooping and 802.1X with RADIUS authentication protect the network against a range of threats.
Voice and Video Optimization: L2/L3/L4 QoS with 8 priority queues and IGMP Snooping keep voice and video traffic smooth, even when bandwidth is limited.
Who it's for / Works with: For business networks built on Omada, such as hospitality, education, retail and offices.
Good to know: No PoE output and no console port (CLI is through Telnet/SSH). SFP transceiver modules are not part of TP-Link's listed package contents. Omada app, cloud access and centralized management need an Omada controller.
