The Hikvision DS-QAZ0610G1 is a passive two-way analog ceiling speaker with a frameless design, built for public address and background music systems. It combines a 1.0-inch tweeter with a 6.5-inch woofer, is rated at 10 W, and accepts 100 V or 70 V constant-voltage lines or an 8 Ω input. It reaches 98 dB maximum SPL at 1 m with a 120 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB) bandwidth.

Two-way driver design: A 1.0-inch tweeter handles the high frequencies and a 6.5-inch woofer handles the lows and mids. Splitting the work this way gives clearer speech and fuller music than a single full-range driver of the same size.

Selectable power taps: On a 100 V line you can choose 10 W, 5 W or 2.5 W; on a 70 V line 10 W, 5 W, 2.5 W or 1.25 W. This lets you set each speaker's level and plan how many speakers one amplifier can drive.

Three input types: Besides 100 V and 70 V constant-voltage lines, the speaker accepts a direct 8 Ω connection for low-impedance amplifiers.

Sound output: 89 dB sensitivity (1 m, 1 W), 98 dB maximum SPL at 1 m and total harmonic distortion of 1% or less, with an 88° conical coverage angle.

Frameless ceiling design: The body is PC with an ABS base, and the speaker is installed recessed into the ceiling with a frameless front.

Works with: 100 V or 70 V constant-voltage PA amplifiers, or amplifiers with an 8 Ω speaker output.

Good to know: This is a passive speaker; it needs a separate amplifier and does not connect to a network. Its rated operating temperature is -10 °C to 45 °C. Hikvision's packing list shows the speaker and a regulatory compliance and safety information sheet.
