The Hikvision DS-PDCL12DT-EG2 is a wired, ceiling-mounted dual-technology motion detector. It combines a digital quad-element PIR sensor with 24 GHz microwave to give 360° coverage with a 12 m detection range, for better detection and fewer false alarms. It is powered from 9 to 16 VDC (12 VDC typical) and mounts on ceilings 2.4 to 4 m high.

Dual Technology: A digital quad pyro (PIR) sensor works together with 24 GHz microwave. Using two detection methods brings higher pick-up performance and a lower false alarm rate than a single-sensor detector.

360° Ceiling Coverage: Mounted on the ceiling, the detector covers a full 360° around it with a 12 m range and 172 detection zones, so one unit can watch a whole room from the center.

Automatic Sensitivity: Sensitivity can be set to Auto or Low. In Auto mode the detector adjusts itself, which reduces setup work for the installer.

Wide Voltage and On-Board EoL Resistor: It accepts 9 to 16 VDC and has an on-board end-of-line (EoL) resistor, which makes wiring to the alarm panel zone simpler.

Stable Detection: Digital temperature compensation, creep zone protection, sealed optics and a 6500 lux white light filter help keep detection reliable. A front tamper switch protects against opening the cover.

Works with: Hikvision AX Hybrid PRO alarm systems (wired zones).

Good to know: This is a wired detector for indoor use; it needs a 9 to 16 VDC supply (100 mA max) from the panel or a power supply. It mounts on the ceiling only.
