The Hikvision DS-PDSMK-4 is a conventional (non-addressable) photoelectric smoke detector for 4-wire systems. It runs on 12 VDC and gives an N/O or N/C alarm relay output, so it can be wired into an alarm or fire control panel that accepts conventional detectors.

Photoelectric Sensing: A stable photoelectric smoke sensing chamber gives early detection of smoke, and it needs no adjustment or replacement. Advanced algorithms help the detector tell real smoke from unwanted alarm causes.
Relay Output: The 4-wire design runs on 12 VDC and includes an SPST alarm relay that can be used as N/O or N/C (1.0 A at 30 VDC / 0.5 A at 125 VAC).
360° Visibility: Two red LEDs light continuously on alarm and can be seen from all around the detector.
Simple to Install: No programming is required, and the sleek low-profile housing uses a surface-mount (SMD) circuit board.

Good to know: The DS-PDSMK-4 has no internal sounder and no auto-reset function; in Hikvision's datasheet those two features belong to the DS-PDSMK-4BAR model only. It needs a 12 VDC supply from the panel or a power supply.
