The IMOU N110-4P, N118-8P and N236-16P are network video recorders with a built-in PoE switch, so IP cameras connect with a single cable that carries both power and video. The N110-4P records up to 10 channels with 4 PoE ports, the N118-8P up to 18 channels with 8 PoE ports, and the larger 1U N236-16P up to 36 channels with 16 PoE ports. All support cameras up to 8MP (4K) with H.265 compression; the N110-4P and N118-8P take one hard drive of up to 16 TB, the N236-16P two.
Footage can be watched locally on a TV or monitor through 4K HDMI or VGA, and remotely through the Imou Life app.

Built-in PoE Switch: The PoE ports (IEEE 802.3af/at) power the cameras directly from the NVR — no separate PoE switch or camera adapters are needed. The N110-4P has a 70 W PoE budget (up to 25.5 W per port), the N118-8P a 95 W budget (up to 30 W per port), and the N236-16P a 150 W budget (up to 25.5 W per port).
More Channels Than PoE Ports: Beyond the cameras on its PoE ports, each NVR can add more IP cameras over the network up to its channel limit — 10 channels on the N110-4P, 18 on the N118-8P and 36 on the N236-16P — with live view on screen.
Smart Search: Search recordings by event, person or vehicle instead of scrolling through hours of video. The NVR also supports motion, person and vehicle detection, and Imou cameras pair automatically while keeping their smart detection features.
Two-Way Talk: The NVR has a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way talk, so you can speak with people at the camera location from the recorder itself.
4K HDMI & VGA Output: Connect a TV over HDMI at up to 4K (3840×2160) or a monitor over VGA at up to 1080p for local live view and playback.
4-Channel Playback: Play back up to 4 channels at the same time at 2×, 4×, 8× or 16× speed, and back up clips to a USB flash drive as MP4 files.
Who it's for / Works with: Wired IP camera systems built around Imou cameras, which pair automatically. Third-party IP cameras can be added through ONVIF. The system is managed in the Imou Life app (iOS / Android).
Good to know: Hard drives are not included — the N110-4P and N118-8P take one SATA drive of up to 16 TB, the N236-16P two (up to 16 TB each). The N110-4P and N118-8P have a 10/100 Mbps network port and are powered by an external 54V DC adapter (included); the N236-16P has a Gigabit network port and a built-in 100–240V AC power supply.
