IMOU VD1 5MP Smart Video Door Peephole Camera with 4.3" Screen | VD1-5M0S
The IMOU VD1 is a battery-powered smart door viewer that replaces a standard optical peephole. From outside it looks like an ordinary peephole, while inside a 4.3-inch color screen shows who is at the door, and the Imou Life app lets you check the door from your phone over dual-band Wi-Fi.
A 5MP camera with a 149° diagonal view covers the doorstep, and AOV mode watches the door continuously and records every person it detects while you are away.
Color: Black

Fits Standard Doors: The VD1 is designed for doors 35–102 mm thick with a 14–26 mm peephole hole, so it can be installed in place of an existing peephole without wiring. Interchangeable color rings let you match the lens to your door.

5MP Camera, 149° View: The 1/3" sensor and 2.3 mm lens record 5MP (2880×1620) images with a 125° horizontal and 149° diagonal field of view, from packages on the floor to visitors standing further back.

4.3-Inch Indoor Screen: Check the doorway on the non-touch color screen without opening the door. The button on the screen unit lets you take a snapshot or start a recording manually.

4,800 mAh Battery, Two Modes: In Manual mode you use it like a normal peephole and the battery lasts up to 5 months per charge (IMOU's figure: 5 checks a day, 10 seconds each). In AOV mode it monitors the door 24/7 with human and loitering detection and lasts about 7–14 days per charge. It recharges through USB-C.

Dual-Band Wi-Fi: The VD1 connects to 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, so you can view the door live, take snapshots and record from the Imou Life app.

Local Storage up to 512GB: Recordings are saved on a microSD card of up to 512GB (not included).

Who it's for / Works with: Apartments and homes with a standard peephole that want to see the doorway on a screen and on the phone. Works with the Imou Life app (iOS and Android) and Amazon Alexa.
Good to know: Human detection works only in AOV mode, and in AOV mode manual snapshots and recordings are not available. According to IMOU, the VD1 has no two-way talk, does not record sound and has no infrared night vision. Check that your door is 35–102 mm thick with a 14–26 mm hole. The microSD card is sold separately.
