The SONOFF TRV Gen2 (TRV-ZBT) is a battery-powered Zigbee smart radiator valve that replaces the thermostatic head on your radiator. It controls each room's temperature with weekly heating plans, open-window detection and app control through a SONOFF Zigbee gateway, and it is 38% smaller than the previous TRVZB model.

Compact & Quiet: At 50 × 50 × 82.9 mm the TRV Gen2 fits radiators with tight pipework, and its valve mechanism is designed for low-noise operation, including at night.
IPS Colour Display with 4-Way Rotation: The colour screen shows the working mode, set temperature, current temperature and heating status. The display can be rotated in four directions, so it stays readable whichever way the valve is mounted.
Three Weekly Heating Plans: Store up to three independent temperature plans, each with 7-day scheduling and up to 12 time periods per day, and switch between them for workdays, weekends or holidays.
Energy Saving: When an open window is detected the valve stops heating. It can also link with a SONOFF door/window sensor, a motion sensor, and a SONOFF Zigbee temperature & humidity sensor used as a remote room-temperature source (on the same SONOFF gateway).
Protection Features: Child lock, anti-calcification (anti-scale) maintenance, anti-freeze mode and low-battery alerts help protect the radiator and prevent accidental changes. Heating history (target temperature, current temperature and heating activity) is kept for up to six months.
Fits Most Radiator Valves: The TRV Gen2 fits M30 × 1.5 mm radiator valves, and the adapters included in the package are compatible with most heating systems and manufacturers.
Who it's for / Works with: Homes with water radiators that want room-by-room heating control. It needs a SONOFF Zigbee gateway with the eWeLink app; Apple Home is supported through a SONOFF Matter bridge. It also works with Zigbee2MQTT (version 2.12.1 or later).
Good to know: A Zigbee gateway is required. Native ZHA (Home Assistant) support has not been merged yet, so some features may not be available through ZHA. Runs on two AA 1.5V alkaline batteries.
