The Hikvision DS-QAPS6R6-6P is a two-way network ceiling speaker with a 1.2-inch tweeter and a 6.5-inch woofer, powered and fed with audio over a single Ethernet cable (PoE). It receives audio as a network stream (AES67 supported), with 90 dB nominal sensitivity and a 74 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB) bandwidth.

Key Features:

Two-Way Driver Design: A 1.2-inch tweeter handles the highs and a 6.5-inch woofer handles the mids and lows, split by a digital crossover at 3.3 kHz.

Network Audio over PoE: One RJ45 100 Mbps port carries both power and the network audio stream. It accepts PoE 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3bt adaptively, with a maximum of 40 W.

Built-in Audio Processing: Delay, mixing, PEQ, ALC and digital crossover run inside the speaker, so each speaker can be tuned individually.

Professional Network Protocols: Supports AES67 and IEEE1588 plus standard protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, RTP, RTSP, NTP, QoS and more), and the OTAP interface protocol for integration.

Frameless Ceiling Design: Mounts in the ceiling through a Ø 300 mm hole, with a metal body and a white or black top cap.

Who it's for / Works with: Ceiling installations where the speaker is connected to a PoE network switch. Configuration is done with the Hikvision Audio Assistant Tool on a Windows PC (Windows 10 recommended; Windows 7 / 8.1 / 11 compatible).

Good to know: Needs a PoE network port (802.3af / at / bt) to work; the PoE switch or injector is not included. Operating temperature is -10 °C to 50 °C.
