TP-Link Omada 1000BASE-T RJ45 SFP Module | SM331T
The TP-Link Omada SM331T (TL-SM331T) is an SFP module that turns an SFP port into an RJ45 copper port. It gives a 1000 Mbps connection over normal Ethernet cable (Cat 5e or above) up to 100 m, in switches, routers and other equipment with SFP ports.
SFP to RJ45: Use a free SFP slot as an extra Gigabit copper port, without fiber, for example to connect a server, NVR or another switch with a normal network cable.
Up to 100 m over Cat 5e: Supports 1000BASE-T over Cat 5e or above cable up to 100 m (TP-Link laboratory data; actual distance may vary).
Hot-pluggable, metal enclosure: The module can be inserted while the device is running, supports the TX Disable function, and has a fully metallic enclosure for low EMI.
Who it's for / Works with: Switches, routers and other network equipment with Gigabit SFP ports that need an RJ45 copper connection.
Good to know: This is a copper module: it uses a normal Ethernet cable, not fiber. The Ethernet cable is not included.
