TP-Link Omada PoE Splitter, IEEE 802.3af, Gigabit | POE10R
The TP-Link Omada POE10R (also listed as TL-POE10R) is an IEEE 802.3af PoE splitter. It takes power and data from a PoE switch or injector over one cable and gives you a separate Gigabit data port plus a 12, 9 or 5 VDC power output for a device that does not support PoE.

IEEE 802.3af compliant: It works with any IEEE 802.3af PoE source, such as a PoE switch (for example TL-SF1008P) or a PoE injector (for example POE150S).
Selectable 12 / 9 / 5 VDC output: Choose the DC voltage your device needs: 12 VDC 1 A, 9 VDC 1 A or 5 VDC 2 A.
Gigabit data: Both RJ45 ports support 10/100/1000 Mbps, so data passes through at full Gigabit speed.
Who it's for / Works with: Powering a non-PoE device, such as an access point, IP camera or IP phone, from an 802.3af PoE switch or injector where there is no power outlet.
Good to know: The POE10R needs an IEEE 802.3af PoE source at the other end; it does not create power by itself.
